The position will be responsible for assisting with the operations of a rental property, which include but are not limited to:
Administrative work involved in the operation of the property
When necessary deal with emergencies on a 24hr basis
Book viewings of suites, interview potential tenants and complete tenancy documentation
Complete accurate detailed move in/out reports for each tenant and supervise moves to ensure security is maintained
Collect, deposit and record all rents
Issue notices/ letters to tenants when applicable
Comply with regulations as contained in the Residential Tenancy Act
Request Purchase Orders for all work and/or supplies being undertaken at the property
Supervise contractors to ensure work is done as per approval
Prepare detailed Incident Reports related to accidents, altercations and damage to the property and/or other applicable incidents
Enforce the building rules
Minor maintenance
Cleaning and maintaining the common areas indoors and outside.Salary is $2600- $2700 a month. There is also hourly work that can be done if you are proficient in it ( painting, cleaning units, small repairs etc)
