The Feedlot Labourer is an employee who is responsible for processing, sorting, re-implanting, testing cattle and help with other feedlot duties. Following protocols, company procedures and handling cattle as a first priority.
Major Responsibilities
• Processing, sorting, re-implanting, testing cattle
• Animal Welfare – Cattle are the first priority
• Bedding cattle
• Repairing / fixing Fences
• Pen and yard maintenance
• Cleaning / maintaining drinkers

We can teach you about the cattle and duties related to their care. Minimum salary is $41,600 per year and goes up as you learn and demonstrate new skills according to your development timeline. About the Role
Millwright Technicians are part of the Maintenance Team and are responsible for rotating equipment Maintenance and overhauls across the site.
Millwright Technicians will report to the Mechanical Maintenance Team leads and be responsible for the maintenance and overhaul of process, utilities, and marine equipment.
During the construction phase Millwright Technicians could work within the Site Construction Team supporting the quality assurance activities associated to rotating equipment installation, cleanliness, preservation, and CSU activities. About the Role
Millwright Technicians are part of the Maintenance Team and are responsible for rotating equipment Maintenance and overhauls across the site.
Millwright Technicians will report to the Mechanical Maintenance Team leads and be responsible for the maintenance and overhaul of process, utilities, and marine equipment.
During the construction phase Millwright Technicians could work within the Site Construction Team supporting the quality assurance activities associated to rotating equipment installation, cleanliness, preservation, and CSU activities. They will oversee the installation of Rotating Equipment from foundation installation through to commissioning the equipment for operate.

During Project Execute Phase (module fabrication, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up, ramp up)
- Support assurance activities at site to ensure EPC deliverables meet the requirements of the Lump Sum Contract, DEP’s, ITR’s and operational readiness requirements
- Support punch listing at handover to ensure agreement with A, B, C, and D punch items
- Support asset team as “boots on the ground” to support a quality CMMS build to ensure quality Preventative and Corrective Maintenance plans, providing feedback to CMMS team on hours, steps, and equipment history
- Support writing equipment practices, procedures and guidelines based on site experience gained during construction phase and vendor support
- Initiate Non-Compliance Reports (NCR) for items not meeting EPC’s deliverables, substandard construction,
- Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractor and site construction team to display and promote a learner mindset
- Find opportunities for digitalization vs. the way we have always done it, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and future proofing our business
- Support connected worker and augmented worker vision for LNGC
During Operate (run and maintain) Phase:
- Millwright Technicians will be part of the site Mechanical team responsible for the safe and efficient execution of Rotating Equipment maintenance and overhauls on equipment and articulated mechanical equipment in the process trains, Utilities, and Storage and loading areas
- Support site continuous improvement both in terms of efficiency but also digitalization initiatives and opportunities to drive best in class performance
- Drive best in class performance by embracing a learner mindset to become digitally enabled technician of the future leveraging technology.
- During operate individuals will be required to analyze data through different tools and lenses and be able to work with remote office staff to solve various complex issues within their field of expertise. Each individual must be fully committed to become an expert in their field enabling quick decision making with fit for purpose and cost-effective solutions
- Could support Turnaround and Major Maintenance Teams as required to provide site expertise and guidance during pre work phases and execution
- Act as mentors for both operations teams and Apprentices to share knowledge and experience to better enable efficiency and best in class performance
- Champion the strategy of Lean and Continuous Improvement within the discipline for effectiveness and efficiency
- Be willing to cross train in skills to become a technician of the future utilizing AI, robotics, and data to become a digitally enabled worker

To be successful, you will have:
- At least 5 years’ experience in the Millwright trade in a heavy industrial setting
- Journey Person with Red Seal qualification
- Experience coaching/mentoring apprentices and less experienced Millwrights
- Dual trade an asset (Pipefitter, Machinist)
- Oil and Gas with in heavy manufacturing facility experience considered an asset or (Pulp and Paper, Mining, etc) Other qualification also relevant
- Experience in maintenance and or construction environment (multi-disciplinary teams, multi culture)
- Turbine experience an asset (Frame or Aero Derivative)
- Centrifugal and reciprocating Pump experience
- Mechanical seal experience
- Dry gas seal experience
- Hydraulic system maintenance experience
- Belt drive and fin fan maintenance experience
- High level of manual handling and rigging experience
- Experience working in an industrial digitized/new technology is a definite asset
- Multistage Centrifugal Compressor experience an asset
- Reciprocating Compressor experience an asset
- Both fluent and articulate in English
