At Sunshine Custom Farming provides seeding, crop spraying, baling, stacking and trucking services to the agricultural community.
The main responsibilities would include but not be limited to:
- Having good communication with the equipment operators to ensure the equipment is running optimally and to minimize down time.
- Taking responsibility to ensure all the equipment gets serviced at the proper times and intervals whether in the field or in the shop.
- Ordering the parts required to maintain and repair the equipment.
- Keeping detailed records of services, repairs and work being performed.
- Being a positive, respectable and organized leader for the people that would be working under your direction.

Standard oilfield tickets are an asset but not immediately required.
Experience with oilfield hauling is required, bed truck experience is also an asset. There is a small amount of highway hauling within this position as well. (Day trips).

- Experiences in the construction materials/ concrete/ aggregate industries considered an asset
Technical Skills/Knowledge
- Understanding of Data Quality Management, BI frameworks, and tools
- Knowledge of advanced Analytics and Intelligence tools and methods with both structured and unstructured data such as Predictive Modeling, Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning
Education/Certification/Designation
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline
- Master’s Degree in related fields*
