We are a cpl in our 30s and moved to the Trochu area recently, we are preparing to find a commercial building that has an apartment on top to further our Salon and make things happen as we have all the networks and investors to do so.
With the commercial building we are fine living in our R.V while we work on the salon as well so the apartment on top would just be a bonus in all reality.
We are looking to pay for utilities included and have two amazing older dogs that are house trained and very good with people and well mannered.
We will pay 1800-2500 on the commercial building with apartment or work something out if there was a way we could put our R.v behind it while we get the salon ready.
We come in with a open mind and lots of great plans as we have been working on this agenda for years now and finally have been making big steps as the one to relocate was one of those big steps and we finally did it.
We need a place that we could just fill upa few jugs of hot water daily, so we can do dishes and wash up, and a good connection of power as well as WIFI is a must will pay extra.
We are reliable, outgoing, friendly and honest hard working individuals and are easy to get along with.

We are not needy, annoying or ask to much as we have done this for about a month now and had some leads but just wouldn't work as there is no Wi-Fi so it makes it quite hard to build plans on top of the plans we aleady have. We will continue to stay until we get this going.
