Description du quartier
Quartier de bord de mer tranquille. La rue sur le côté de la maison mène directement à la plage. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture. C'est à 300m.Vue panoramique sur les montagnes et un énorme jardin aménagé avec piscine de 13 000 pc (1300 mc) . On se sent à la campagne tout en étant proche de plusieurs restaurants, bars, etc. Une belle rivière et sa végétation luxuriante, juste derrière la maison, nous donne l'impression d'être dans les Caraibes.
Nous sommes située entre Oliva et Denia
La rue qui borde la plage est très vivante sans être trop dans la zone touristique. Il y a plusieurs restaurants. L'été un autobus passe à toutes les heures (un peu moins souvent hors saison). Il est donc possible de visiter les différentes plages, et sites touristiques jusqu'à Denia.
Nous sommes à quelques kilomètres de Denia choisie par l’U.N.E.S.C.O. "Ville Créative de la Gastronomie". Beautiful cozy private Cottage with 2 sleeping areas, 1 badroom, kitchen.Next airport would be Milan/Zuerich. From there you can rent a car or go by bus.

We originally booked this stay for part of our Honeymoon for 2020. We booked through Expedia. The 975 EURO was equivalent to a three night stay (Sunday/Monday/Tuesday Nights) and included a full breakfast. We have a voucher that can be used anytime and booked through the hotel directly now. The dates can be selected based on hotel availability. Guilia the Hotel Manager has been great to work with for this voucher, just unfortunately she could not offer us a refund. The voucher will not expire until end of 2022 and she said it is flexible beyond that as well.

Our condo is located 30 minutes drive from the Liberia airport, between a lovely touristy village called Playa del Coco and peaceful Ocotal Beach, both within walking distance of our condo. Coco is about 25 minutes walk (2.2 km) from our condo and offers shopping, dining, nightlife and a large active beach. On an opposite road from our condo, a short 15 minutes walk (1.2 km) will take you to Ocotal beach, a beautiful small golden and black sand beach with many water sports available and the excellent well-known restaurant Father Rooster's. A short drive by car or scooter will take you to other breathtaking beaches and natural areas. Many guided tours are available and they will pick up directly at the condo. Many species of birds, butterflies, reptiles and monkeys visit the area throughout the day providing endless entertainment.

Not sure if I posted in wrong category. But this is a Hilton Time share that I purchased in 2002 for $13,830 USD.
This time Share offers one the opportunity to stay in luxurious accommodations in California, Florida, Hawaii, New York, Colorado and many other locations stateside, on the International front there are many resorts in Mexico( including Los Cabos) , Japan and Scotland. I have tried to attach the Mortgage paperwork which is fully paid and some photos of the Orlando resort where our property is deeded, unfortunately the Mortgage paperwork wasn't accepted so if one has any interest I can send them by separate email.
