The space I intend to share is a quaint and quiet office that is ideal for conducting therapeutic sessions. The 192 sq. ft. office is fully furnished with a sofa, two comfortable chairs and an office desk. I’ve also added a few lamps for cozy and comforting lighting. There is a fax machine and printer available for you to use. I will soon be adding to the hot beverage station and have fresh spring water for us to offer to our clients. Additionally, a massage therapy table can be provided upon request.
Parking is free, convenient and available to clients all around the building. There are two entrances to the building (one at the front and one at the back) and an elevator, making access to the space easy, private and accessible to all clientele.
I will be subletting the office at a rate of $25/hour. If you rent for a half day, it would be $100 (8h00am to 2h00pm or 2h00 to 8h00pm) or $150 for a full day (8h00am to 8h00pm). Professionals sharing the space will be using an online calendar (Owl Practice) to book time slots and make it easier to keep track of bookings and invoicing.
