Job description:
Kitchen & Bathroom Installer. We are a well-established, brick-and-mortar renovation company specializing in kitchen and bathroom renovations. We're looking for an experienced Kitchen & Bathroom Installer to join our team. If you're a skilled carpenter who takes pride in your work, communicates well, and enjoys seeing a project through from start to finish, we'd like to meet you.
Responsibilities:
Install kitchens, bathrooms, cabinetry, trim, flooring, and finish carpentry.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
Complete paperwork and provide regular updates to the office.
Communicate professionally with homeowners and our team.
Deliver quality workmanship while keeping projects on schedule.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in kitchen and bathroom renovations.
Strong carpentry and finishing skills.
Reliable, punctual, and organized.
Able to work independently while being a team player.
A valid driver's license, with a clean drivers abstract
Most days you'll work independently, but you're never on your own. Our office team is there to help coordinate projects, answer questions, and solve problems so you can focus on doing your best work. We start our days early, with installers on the road between 7:30 and 7:45 a.m. Reliability is important to us. If you finish ahead of schedule, we ask that you check in before heading home. There are often nearby service calls or small repairs where an extra set of skilled hands makes a big difference for our customers and the rest of the team.
What We Offer
Company work truck.
Tools provided.
Steady, year-round work.
A supportive team that values communication, quality workmanship, and respect.
A workplace that appreciates hard work while respecting your time outside of work.
We're looking for someone who wants to build a career—not just complete a job. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
We'd like to fill this position as soon as possible, but we're focused on finding the right fit rather than rushing the hiring process. Every application will be reviewed by a real person—we don't use AI to screen applicants.
