More info: This spacious, contemporary cottage comfortably sleeps up to 7 people in the main cottage. It has a private sandy beach with kayaks so you can explore the beauty of Trout Lake. The large picture windows offer spectacular views over the lake regardless of the weather. (If your group is larger, a further 5 people can be accommodated in the apartment above the garage for an additional charge. For privacy, the property is only offered to one family/renter at a time, regardless of whether the apartment is added or not).
The highlights of this glorious property include:
• Spacious, bright, modern open plan kitchen/diner with views across the lake and sliding doors to the deck overlooking the lake. Dining table (seating 10-12), fully equipped with stove, oven, 2 x fridge freezers, dishwasher and large island with lots of work surface to enjoy socialising while prepping.
• Incredible sunroom provides the best views to enjoy the lake from the indoors whatever the weather. It is furnished with another seating area and dining table for meals or games (spoons is the current favourite!)
• Cozy living room with 32” flat screen Smart TV/VHS/DVD and Fibre WiFi
• Sleeps 7 in 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has queen bed (private deck with lake view and full bathroom with shower over bath). Bedroom 2 with single bunk bed and twin bed sleeps 3 (with an adjoining bathroom). Bedroom 3 on ground floor has double bed with access to a ground floor toilet/shower room.
• Washer and dryer. Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are included.
• We have tried to think of everything to make this a home away from home. There’s an outdoor shower behind the garage, 3 kayaks and huge selection of life jackets and wet suits, outdoor games and board games, night lights, flashlights, and Adirondack chairs all over the property to relax and enjoy the views in comfort
The separate 2 bedroom apartment above the garage is available at an additional cost. It includes a bedroom with double bed, and another bedroom sleeping 3 with single bunk bed and twin bed. There is a bathroom with shower, and an open plan kitchen and living space. Wifi is also available here. Photos available on request.
We have been renting the property to guests for over 10 years, and many return annually because they have fallen in love with our happy place too!
Situated on Trout Lake, New Albany in Annapolis County, Nova Scotia, inland between Middleton (15 mins) and Bridgewater (50mins), approx. 1 hour 45 minutes from Halifax. The property is near wineries and Lunns Mill brewery, golf courses, and bicycle paths and pick-your-own farms. Whale watching is a phenomenal and worthwhile day trip too!

Fully furnished with leather recliner sofa and chair, 2 tv’s. lots of storage space, high speed internet with built in desk area. Complex has heated salt water pool, 2 pool tables, tennis, racket and pickle ball courts. Nice lake in center of complex with 2 fountains and walking path. Very pet friendly complex, unfortunately we cannot accept cats due to my allergy. Small dog or dogs are welcome as long as total combined weight doesn’t exceed 40 lbs. This complex is surrounded by homes that range from 500k to 950k. Just a GREAT AREA!

Le condo est situé « Centro » donc près de tout. Ex; 3 minutes à pied du Walmart et de tous les restaurants qui ne coûtent pas les yeux de la tête comme sur la cinquième. Pour avoir loué pendant plusieurs années avant de faire l’achat, nous avons toujours été déçus de ce qu’il y avait comme équipement. Chez nous vous ne manquerez de rien, du airfryer, des parapluies aux chaises de plage et parasol…lol…ils vous manque quelque chose et vous nous le dite, ça marche comme ça! Il est équipé de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour un séjour agréable (nous avons même ajouté cette année 1 Air Fry double, 1 cafetière Nespresso, 1 BBQ électrique, 2 chaises de plage et 1 parasol). Superbe maison intime et chaleureuse à louer pour vos vacances au Mexique.
Si vous voulez essayer quelque chose d'autre que des immenses hotels à 900 chambres chacun sans intimité et seulement avec une formule tout-inclus, c'est la parfaite maison pour vous. Vous pourriez vraiment goûter à la culture mexicaine et essayer tout ce que ce coin de paradis vous offre.
La maison comprend 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bains (on peut même accéder dans les salles de bains par les chambres à coucher ), des portes coulissantes dans chaque chambre à coucher avec accès au coin jardin et patio en arrière de la maison, 3 ACs, WIFI, safe, lit King et Queen dans chaque chambre, cuisine totalement équipée(four, micro-ondes, cafétière, grill.
