The detached villa in it's own grounds is high end with mid range prices. Stunning views of the coast, in a sheltered south facing location within walking distance of excellent restaurants and the historic town centre. Very private at the end of a secluded cul de sac with gated grounds and ample parking, ideal for a relaxing vacation.
Not just any old pool, it has an infinity pool and a logia with bbq and outside dining area. There are gardens with a variety of fruit to pick, oranges, figs, lemons, peaches, a grotto with fish and a forest of cork oak and olives if you enjoy the shade.
Every room has a balcony, two have sun terraces as well, all bedrooms are en-suite have airco, heating, wifi, 5 TVs (3 smart) blue tooth sound, fully equipped and furnished to exacting standards.

This is a very well-designed attractive villa. There is great attention to detail in both the furnishings and layout. We were both impressed by the tasteful decorative touches from the dried flowers to tile mosaics on the walls. An example of the design is the large built in closets in the upstairs bedrooms. I have never stayed in a rental with as much closet and drawer space. The property was extremely clean and well-maintained. The beds were all comfortable. The villa is spacious both in the grounds and inside. Where some may have been tempted to have 4 or 5 bedrooms, the 3 good sized bedroom and large living areas given a certain dignity and sense of spaciousness. The kitchen was well equipped as far as pots and pans, dishes and cutlery. The appliances all worked.
There was a beautiful view of the valley from this hillside location from both inside the villa and the outside terraces and pool deck. One can see Alvor, Lagos and Portimao along the coast and amazing twinkling lights at night time. The villa and around the pool deck is very private. The villa is set well back from the road down a steep dead end lane and so no passing traffic. The location gives a sense of peacefulness.
We walked into the lovely town of Monchique a few times and also ate at the nice restaurant at the top of the lane - O Luar da Foia, rated highly in Tripadvisor. You need to be reasonably fit given the road is steep. Monchique has a large modern InterMarche supermarket and some smaller grocery stores and butcher shops. There are also a number of pleasant cafes. There is a large shopping mall in Portimao. A car is recommended. If you have one, the villa makes a good base for exploring the region.
The west coast is about 30 min away by secondary road, while Portimao and the A22 main tollway is about 15 min south. We went as far as Odeceixe in the north west. Despite the weather during or stay in November, we were able to use the pool a bit when the sun was shining. We would not hesitate to rent from Nigel again. He was easy to deal with and extremely responsive to any questions. Given its high quality, the villa is a real bargain in the low and shoulder season. Highly recommend it.-TripAdvisor

The Villa has impressive entrance gates and huge granite walls affording privacy and giving way to exclusive secure parking for 7 cars. The beautifully designed property is set within its own grounds which are terraced with an abundance of flowers and fruit trees including fig, orange, peach, plum, cherry and lemon. There is also an Olive and Cork Oak forest in which to enjoy the abundant bird life.
The Villa is air conditioned throughout, has a double entrance door leading into a generously proportioned hall with an impressive suspended staircase leading to the upper floor. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with twin beds, en-suite shower room and ample wardrobes. The bedroom has French windows with a Juliet balcony overlooking the orange terraces and fabulous views across the surrounding countryside. From the hallway there is a well lit guest cloakroom.

Located in Playa Coronado - 80km west of Panama City, Panama. Amazing Ocean and mountain views in very well developed and safe area (there used to be one of the first USA military bases back in WWII). There are McDonalds, Restaurants, grocery stores, hardware and department stores, local market places. Its not a "gates community of 2-3 buildings" - its a "gated AREA" of ~5km by ~5km. Condo building has year-round outdoor pools, gym, sauna, social areas with air-hockey, table tennis, billiard and other games. We offer free Wi-Fi and free private parking. 30 minutes walk to the ocean beaches. For additional charge we can provide 4 seater Gas golf to be used for local usage - beach, restaurants, shops.
The apartment is equipped to make your stay cozy and comfortable, We do our best to keep you safe and attentive to any need. The air-conditioned apartment provides place for up to 6 people and consists of:

We are treating this condo as our second home and we expect the same from our guests - No smoking at condo and the building. No burning waxed and scented candles. Due to hot and humid conditions - remove garbage in tight bags daily. Beach/large towel needed to be washed and dried right after each use. We are not hotel - so daily cleaning is your responsibility - please use dishwasher and mop the floor as needed.
If something is broken or not working, please report as soon as possible. Its not about blame - its about providing better service for you. Do not fix it yourself.
