What Will You Work On?
- Supervise crew and ensure productivity on installation of Asphalt Shingle Roofs (new installation, re-roofs, and leak repairs)
- Ensure and enforce compliance with laws, rules and regulations, especially in accordance to Health and Safety
- Manage the direction and timely completion of jobs while adhering to budget and material requirements.
- Conduct safety meetings and workplace assessments/inspections
- Ensure job site is properly maintained
- Identify quantity and scope changes to the Contract and communicate to Supervisor
- Monitor equipment utilization and maintenance
- Serve as a main contact for field personnel and Project Managers or Superintendents
Who Are We Looking For?
- 5+ years’ asphalt shingle roofing experience
- Previous experience leading, directing, and managing a team
- Proficient in leak investigation and repairs
- Metal Roofing experience (considered an asset)

Visit customer homes to provide service to installed gutter protection system
Perform necessary services to gutter protection system based on logged service ticker and onsite inspection

Looking for an experienced Overhead Door Service Technician with repair, install and maintenance experience to join our team in Port Coquitlam, BC!
We currently have an opening mechanically inclined individuals that can assist with some Overhead Door and Gate installation work. Our business largely focuses on front facing service with occasional installations (70% service and 30% installation). Our work is very commercial focused, but we also deal with residential customers in home or on site. The daily job of our technicians is to troubleshoot electrical commercial gates and door operators by repairing damage to the gates or replacing said gates and doors when needed. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock.

Responsibilities
•Accommodate and carefully handle fragile and electronic merchandise.
•Track and document exact shipment arrival and departure times.
•Tag and label merchandise.
•Stockpile merchandise according to recorded inventory location.
•Box, wrap and pack merchandise in accordance with relevant procedures and standards.
•Prepare orders for shipment.
•Load/unload merchandise using appropriate tools.
•Operate warehouse equipment (for example: hand truck, pallet jack, etc.).
•Enter data in inventory and logistics software programs.
•Receive merchandise. Check and sign delivery slips. Assist with unloading as necessary.
•Verify contents of shipped products against purchase orders
•Unpack merchandise. Verify the quality and quantity of items against supporting documents. Perform receiving inspection as per company’s work products to assess quality compliance of incoming materials.
•Accept or return merchandise according to established procedure.
•Process report requests, documents, deliveries and/or materials for the purpose of dissemination information and/ or materials to appropriate parties.
•Complete different forms and prepare documents. Maintain files.
•Handle customer pick-ups.
Qualifications
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Hands-on attitude with high-energy and enthusiastic personality
•Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a high-energy environment with minimum supervision
•Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of personnel
•Helpful and committed to maintaining high standards of performance and morale
•A strong sense of “ownership”
•Driven to succeed and improve
•Pro-active and results-oriented
•Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds and climb a 6’ ladder
•Basic knowledge of MRP/ERP system and its use (preferred)
•1-3 years working in fast paced environment in a similar role
•Proficient in use of computers and commonly used software such as MS Office
