A major food production facility and distributor in Victoria are looking for a full time Delivery Driver to drive a 5 tonne single axel truck around Victoria and up-Island. If you have a Class 3 License you may be additionally required to drive a tandem axel truck.
DELIVERY DRIVER
Opportunity: Full time, permanent position Monday to Saturday ( days off would be Sunday and Tuesday)
Location: Saanichton, BC
Driving radius: Victoria and up-Island
License type: Class 5 drivers
Hours: Day time, shifts times would be 8 to 4:30 and days off would be split. Sunday and or Tuesday/Wednesday depending on the business.

Looking for an Overhead Install Technicians with repair, installation and maintenance experience to join our team here in Port Coquitlam, BC!
We currently have an opening mechanically inclined individuals that can assist with some Overhead Door and Gate Technical work. Our business largely focuses on front facing service with occasional installations (70% service and 30% installation). Our work is very commercial focused, but we also deal with residential customers in home or on site. The daily job of our technicians is to troubleshoot electrical commercial gates and door operators by repairing damage to the gates or replacing said gates and doors when needed. Our technicians deal face to face with customer representatives and therefore must be able to interact in a positive manner. Our technicians will also have periods where they need to get up to a higher range to offer service, so we are looking for someone that is okay with heights. Having a knowledge of garage door mechanics would be a huge bonus in this role, but we are willing to train from the ground up!
Shift: Monday-Friday
Time: 8:00am-4:00pm with overtime potential
Wage: VERY COMPETITIVE- based on experience!

Responsibilities
- Repair, Install and Maintain garage, condo and parking structure gates. doors, and entryway devices
- Showcase your customer services skills with an understanding of our products for upselling or replacing old equipment
- Traveling to new locations daily or back to the same location if the repair takes longer
- Ability to log and track service calls and keep track of minor inventory needs and upcoming deadlines
- Ability to climb ladders, and assist in physical work such as lifting, climbing or carrying awkward shaped doors or equipment as needed.
- Able to switch between Installs and Servicing on a daily basis
- Follow our health and safety guidelines in house or on-site and report any issues that may arise professionally
Qualifications
- Full License and Clean Drivers Abstract a MUST!
- Understands Small Motors, and Gate operation
- No physical limitations and must be okay with some heights
- A working knowledge of forklift operation would be handy but not required
- Can work in or outdoors in any weather, sometimes underground in garages

Weekend Production Assembler
Victoria BC
$30 for weekends only
The Production Assembler is responsible for performing operations in The Final Meter Assembly Cells. This includes assembling, testing, and boxing various products while following work instructions.
New Hires will undergo line specific training followed by certification while learning Lean Manufacturing concepts.
Production Assemblers must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment and have passion in achieving daily productivity targets while respecting our Safety, Quality, Environmental and Covid 19 policies.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to environmental and safety procedures associated with production processes and procedures
• Use work instructions, drawings, methods, diagrams, workmanship standards or other specifications in accordance with established assembly procedures
• Monitor and record related documentation to meet quality requirements
• Follow production build rates, schedules and meet time standards
Qualifications
• A High School Diploma
• Good written, verbal reading and math skills
• Strong manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination
• Basic computer skills
• Able to use manual tools and light power tools
• Ability to work and contribute in a team environment
• Familiarity with 5S and Lean Manufacturing concepts
• Able to Stand for long periods of time
• Flexibility to perform other duties based upon business needs
• Previous Manufacturing or Electronics knowledge is an asset

What Will You Work On?

Who Are We Looking For?
