I have a spare room in my 2 bedroom apartment for rent.
Upside: Large enough for queen sized bedroom set + couch and TV.
Downside: Im a night shift worker, and The house the apartment is in is approx 180 yrs old and has its quirks (creaky floors, wooden doorknobs and crappy plumbing)
