Looking for a female PSW/Caregiver for my elderly parent with atypical Parkinson’s disease.
Need someone who is Reliable to show up Monday to Thursday. You will also need to be physically fit in order to help another PSW lift the patient off the bed and transfer her to a wheelchair, or to and from the toilet. If you have mobility issues then this job is not suitable for you.
My mom is cognitive but her mobility is deteriorating.
Tasks include: feeding, mouth care, range of motion exercises, safe transfer to wheelchair and to bathroom, PEG tube flushing, giving medications, cleaning dishes, showering, housekeeping, making pureed food in the blender and helping to take her to appointments.

It’s a 5 days per week for a total of 35 hours per week but may sometimes be more if authorized by me.

Looking for someone (healthcare/PSW background preferred) to provide care for a 77-year-old female with Parkinson’s Disease in a downtown Toronto condo. Duties include providing medications on a required schedule, hygiene/bathing, feeding, exercise, and ensuring safety at all times.
Hours would be 3 to 5 shifts during the work week (Mon–Fri) 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, payable at $135 via direct deposit.
Also looking for night shifts (11:00 PM–8:00 AM), covering all nights payable at $135 via direct deposit. Duties include medications, light snack, exercise, light housekeeping, and must remain awake to assist with toileting and repositioning.

Part Time Caregiver - Toronto, ON
We are seeking a dedicated caregiver to support a senior transitioning from West Park Healthcare Centre back home with his wife.
Schedule:
* 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 2–3 days per week (flexible days between Mon-Fri, with potential to increase to full-time)
* Start date ASAP

Responsibilities:
* Mobility Support: Assisting with transfers and mobility (client uses a wheelchair).
* Personal Care: Providing hygiene assistance, including grooming, dressing, and brief changes.
* Medication Assistance: Helping with medication reminders and tracking.
* Companionship & Communication: Engaging with the client and providing a supportive presence. Please note that the client uses an iPad to communicate.
* Errands & Transportation: Driving the client and his wife to/from medical appointments, helping with household errands, and picking up prescriptions or supplies using your own vehicle.
Requirements:
* Experience in caregiving (PSWs, RT students, or internationally trained nurses are encouraged to apply)
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Fluency in English
Preferred:
* While the client requires specialized care (catheter, tube feeding, and trach suctioning), these tasks are currently managed by Ontario Health at Home or the family. Family prefers a candidate who is comfortable working alongside a clinical team and is open to learning these tasks, though it is not a requirement.
Compensation:
* $25.00/hour

This position would provide care for an elderly male who lives with his wife near St. Clair Avenue and Vaughn Road in Toronto. He is 92 years old and has limited mobility as he is coming home shortly from a rehab hospital in Toronto. Initially the shifts will be 12 hours during the day 5 to 7 days per week. This will likely involve two staff members to cover all these shifts. The job will involve assisting in his mobility (helping him from bed to wheelchair as he recovers his mobility), bathing, dressing, etc.
His son lives there and can help as needed.
Shifts will be 7 days a week about 8 to 12 hours per day.
Require:
- experienced PSW or Caregiver
- experience assisting with transfers
- possible use of Hoyer lift
- speak and read English well
- 100% reliable and compassionate
- Have and open work permit at a minimum (no sponsorships)
- Good wages/benefits
