**Personal Tech Concierge & AI Skills Coach — Toronto (In-Home, Part-Time)**
Looking for a tech-savvy, patient, in-person helper for a busy household and small professional team — part IT support, part AI mentor.
**What you'd do:**
- Manage and troubleshoot home tech: Google account/Workspace settings, router and home Wi-Fi, smart home/automation devices
- Help sort out family password and account management (kids' accounts, shared logins, etc.)
- Spend dedicated time each week (roughly 2 hours) sitting with the homeowner one-on-one to build practical AI skills — research tools, set up agentic workflows and automations, and teach hands-on how to actually use them
- Potential to extend AI coaching sessions to a small group of employees at a Toronto-based company, if it's a good fit
**Who you are:**
- Comfortable with consumer networking gear, Google ecosystem, smart home devices, and general troubleshooting
- Genuinely fluent in current AI tools (not just ChatGPT basics) — comfortable with things like custom GPTs/agents, Claude, Open Claw, automation platforms (e.g. Zapier/Make), prompt engineering, and keeping up with new tools
- A natural teacher: patient, clear, good at explaining technical things to a non-technical person without condescension
- Reliable, discreet, comfortable in a private home setting
- Based in or near Toronto, available for regular in-person visits
- In-person only (this is not a remote/virtual role)
- Flexible scheduling, ongoing weekly commitment
- **Compensation: $50–75/hour**, depending on experience
