Taking care of an elderly woman at home, helping her to recover, ensure that she enjoys good quality of life in terms of healthy diet, physical exercises, good music healing for the brain, etc.
Cooking healthy and delicious meals as the elder and her children requested, following her instructions or YouTube recipe, also paying attention to the doctor’s order regarding her health condition.
Administering medication and supplements, helping the elderly with morning and evening routine, bathing and personal care, toilet, changing diapers, etc, with other PSWs. Also, wait for her to call me if she needs me for anything.
Provide a reliable companion with the elder, take her to exercise with a walker, in the house or in the hallway, watching and discussing about music concerts and movies together, play music pieces and singing for her; pray together, read the bible for her, give good mind health advices for her, and comfort her anxiety and depression, built a very good personal friendship with the elder.
