WHAT IS INCLUDED - All utilities (power, water, garbage collection, etc.) - Reliable business grade high speed internet (WiFi) - Use of appliances (2 refrigerators, washer, dryer, main stove and oven, toaster oven, 2 toasters, dishwasher, etc. - Use of the common areas: Living room with TV and Netflix subscription, dining room with dining table. - Laundry (washer and dryer).
