Our apartment is located on the first floor of a three-story building divided into six units.
Upon arriving at our home, on the first floor, you’ll find a very spacious entryway, the master bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room and dining area.
In the basement, you’ll find the two children’s bedrooms, a laundry room, a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, and a family room featuring a double sofa bed, plenty of games, and two desks.

Ici, tu peux faire de la randonnée en forêt en commençant ton parcours dans la cour! À 10 minutes de Saint-Côme, sa microbrasserie (Trécarré) et sa boulangerie. Pas envie de sortir aujourd’hui? Pas grave! au chalet, il y a un tourne-disque et lecteur cd avec du bon son, et tu peux brancher ton cellulaire aussi. -Each room has a single bed/desk/chair/wide closet, and shares a bathroom and a shower room.
-The homestay fee will be $650/month (room-B). (We don’t offer any meals.)
-The deposit will be $650 (room-B). The deposit will be returned when moving out on the due date.
You will have to pay both the monthly fee and deposit ($650+$650=$1,300 for room-B) in advance when you get into a mutual agreement and move into the room.
-The monthly fee includes Electricity, Water, Washer, and Wireless Internet. No additional fee at all.
-If you want to cook for yourself with your own food, you don't have to pay any additional fees when using the kitchenette. (We have fully equipped home appliances, including a large refrigerator, cooker, toaster, dishes, and utensils, suitable for homestay guests.)
-Available parking space for a homestay guest along the roadside.
-Close to the bus stop (1 minute's walking distance), and easily connecting to the C-train to downtown and everywhere with a pass ticket.

The villa is located minutes away from Disney (12 minutes away). Universal Studios and Sea World are about 22 minutes away: depending on traffic. Groceries and Shopping areas including Super Wal-Mart and restaurants are 2 minutes away on route 191(International Drive). We are about 12 miles away from the Orange County convention center on International Drive. We are located near the intersection of Route 191 and N. Bass Road.
This luxury villa has space: about 2350 square feet to spread out in with 4 bedrooms (of which 2 are en-suite Bedrooms) and 3 bathrooms, Living Room, Kitchen and Game Room. One Bedroom has a King Bed (with attached exclusive bathroom), the Second has a queen sized bed (again with attached exclusive bathroom) and the third has two twin beds. The fourth has two bunk beds: the third and the fourth bedrooms share one bathroom. The villa can sleep 10 people and it is furnished tastefully to a high standard. It is fully air-conditioned, there is free unlimited Wi-fi internet access in the Villa and free unlimited phone calls to Canada and USA. Any Boats or RVs are not allowed in the development. Our villa is located in a nice and upscale neighborhood and is very quiet and safe. We are a pet free villa and we have a no smoking policy.
The Game room features Pool, Air Hockey, Playstation 2, ping pong, darts etc. A fresh set of Towels, Coffee maker, Toaster, Microwave and conventional ovens, quality fresh linen in bed and all pots and pans are furnished for your use during the stay in the villa. we have a Washer Dryer for laundry and the Villa is fully air-conditioned. There is a TV in every bedroom along with a drawer chest and the family room has a TV and a DVD Player as well. There is a high chair and a stroller all free. Additionally, we provide a digital safe for your use. The pool is larger than usual, not overlooked, and it gets the sun pretty much most of the day in any season as long as it's not cloudy.
The Property Management company is always at hand to address any questions or requirements that might arise and they have been repeatedly praised by our past guests. Our new couches in the living room and the new LED TVs in the Living area and the mastter Bedroom adds comfort to the stay.
