Looking for a Shop/Garage/Warehouse For Rent/Lease in Fort McMurray.
Has to have 1 bay door minimum 12' tall to get mechanic service trucks thru the door. Looking for a bay space to fit 2 mechanic trucks in them. Store front not needed, not serving public!
This space is for maintenance and repair on our company service trucks, to be out of the cold. A bathroom would be nice, but not a deal breaker.
We are 2 local residents, both contract mechanics on site that want to keep our trucks maintained and in proper working order.

A nice clean place and great location. It is a low vehicle traffic area, across from the green belt and creek valley. Easy access to the trail system. The back of the property is onto recreation area and close Greely Road School. Mail boxes and public transit stop are just outside the parking area. Ample parking for vehicles and or utility trailers.
The home is two bedroom. There is a third room as an office, no closet. Spacious living room with wood burning fire place. Kitchen has lots of counter and storage space. Furniture in the pictures (couch, recliner and dining table) can be used by renter. Also a storage shed in the back yard. Utilities (power, gas and water) are included in the rent. Half month ($1,150.00) security deposit.
