Objective:
Accurately and completely assess the damage of vehicles and document needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal
Reporting Relations:
• Reports to the collision center manager and production manager
• Works closely with CSR’s, Technicians, group or team leaders, and insurance adjustersResponsibilities:
• Assure that each vehicle is in position that a complete and accurate damage appraisal is possible and that any needed disassembly is accomplished to capture 100 % of broken parts the first time
• Inspect the vehicle for damage to the structure, sheet metal, mechanical, electrical, glass, dash lights and interior components and necessary refinishing to bring the vehicle to pre-accident condition
• Note any non-collision damage or maintenance issues that may need repair (prior damage)
• Specify all needed repair operations, replacement parts, labour operations and/or sublet operations to be performed. 100% of what we do, 100% of the time
• Review current estimating guide procedures pages to assure that all needed but not included operations and parts or materials are specified, review all pictures, mark properly, take the time to tell the story of the repair, document and justify each repair to image desk (add notes, document)
• Prepare the computerized damage report (blue print, scrub, and attach all media)
• Communicate with the CSR, customer, insurance adjuster, image desk as needed to obtain approval for the repair (sell the repair) get commitment (schedule in date)
• Order parts and document when parts will arrive, who was dealt with and parts company
• Review damage appraisals with production manager as appropriate to clearly explain needed repairs, any customer pays items and special instruction
• Follow up on any repairs requiring supplements to promptly obtain approvals
• Audit insurance estimates for proactive supplement*Skill Criteria:
• Must be detail oriented
• Must have a complete and thorough understanding of vehicle construction, estimating guides. Procedure pages, and insurer needs
• Must have experience writing estimates

Qualifications
The qualifications and work experience required for the Senior Data Engineer are as follows:
A minimum of three (3+) years of experience working as a data engineer for data
integration, migration, or extraction in a data warehouse context.
A minimum of two (2+) years of experience in roles related to digital health.
A minimum of five (5+) years of experience in an Enterprise Solution or Data Architect
role in a large and complex organizational and technological environment.
Experience working with MS Azure cloud-native tools, including Azure Synapse
Analytics, Azure Databricks, and Azure Active Directory.
Demonstrated experience working with MS Purview, including Purview Atlas API and the
Purview data policies and workflow modules.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience profiling data, extracting data, and developing
data pipelines.
Experience writing complex queries in both SQL and NoSQL syntax.

We are searching for the right people to join the JT family and be part of an awesome team as a Dog Daycare Attendant for both our 40 Joseph Zatzman Drive location in Dartmouth and our 6390 Lady Hammond location in Halifax!
The Daycare Attendants are responsible for the ethical care and safe play of pets in our daycare. This includes monitoring playgroups, managing dogs entering and exiting from the daycare gates, ensuring daycare cleanliness, bringing dogs to the front desk as requested, facilitating dog feedings on schedule, taking play photos and posting captions to our social media.
Play management includes large groups of dogs ranging from small to large. This is a super-fun position for dog-lovers, but please keep in mind it is not always a great time. Things can get a little loud and hectic, there is lots of poop, pee and sometimes vomit. There is an outside area for dog play, so this will mean spending lots of time outside in rain, snow, wind and shine. Dogs range from very small to very large. You must be confident and physically strong enough to be able to handle dogs of all sizes. Please be aware the working will include evenings and/or weekends. Scheduling flexibility is a must.
Job Duties
Daycare monitoring: This role requires you to pay attention and make smart decisions regarding task priorities. Dog safety is always number one. Daycare attendants must understand dog behavior and play, and use that knowledge to monitor play groups.
Customer service: Daycare staff are required to run dogs from the daycare to the front desk for hand-off to pet owners, safely and attentively pet. Your customer service interaction is typically short, but as the pet caretaker it is important. It is your responsibility to maintain a friendly and upbeat attitude.
Facility Cleaning: Daycare staff are equally responsible to ensure crating and play areas are always clean and safe of hazards of any kind. This means the immediate pick-up and cleaning of dog excrement as needed, removal of garbage throughout the day as needed, monitoring for debris or any hazards in dog areas, cleaning and removal immediately, and end-shift cleaning and disinfecting of the daycare as required.
Compensation
Jollytails offers work bonuses and regular wage reviews in addition to hourly wage. Pet attendant wage begins at $16.00+ depending on experience. We are currently recruiting Dining Room and Banquet Servers for our upcoming season. Brightwood is a busy member based golf club, located in the heart of Dartmouth. This job requires day, night and weekend work. Employees are responsible for their own reliable transportation to and from work. We are located a 5 minute walk from the Dartmouth Bus Terminal.
Brightwood has a dining room, full service patio and bar area. In addition, we also host weddings , golf tournaments and other corporate events. Servers are responsible for daily service as well as event set up and tear down. Experience is not necessary but would be preferable.
We are open year round. The position will begin as part time near the end of March, with a transition to full time as the golf season opens around the end of April. We offer minimum wage plus gratuities as well as employee incentives .
