Looking for experienced lawn maintenance personnel and general labourer's
The ideal candidate should be a motivated self starter who likes the outdoors and enjoys a variety in their work.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and enjoy the challenge of learning new things.
The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following:
– Lawn care tasks (that include weed eating, push mowing and cutting using ride-on mowing equipment),
– Tree trimming and clean-up.
– Light construction and work on local islands.
– Installing and removing boat lifts on local waterways including Charleston lake, St Lawrence river, The Rideau And Lake Ontario.
– Provide on-site service to a multitude of locations within the service area and many other general property maintenance related tasks.
Rate of pay starts at $20.00/hr and is negotiable depending on experience and/or willingness to to learn. Hours will vary from time to time depending on the job at hand so candidate must be flexible (within reason). Some heavy lifting is involved.
Full or Part-time positions available starting immediately. The busy season usually wraps up Nov/Dec.

We are looking for an individual or firm to complete all property maintenance requirements for
six properties located in Kingston central and on Howe Island, Gananoque
ON.
Properties include a combination of private home, rental properties, cottages and forest/farm property with extensive trails and forest.
Responsibilities would include grass cutting, hedge trimming, gardening, weeding, watering,
yard clean up, basic tree maintenance (chain sawing) and snow shoveling and removal.
Candidate would oversee the maintenance of the lawn machinery and other equipment.
The candidate would liaise with the property owners to report on issues and provide updates
regarding ongoing projects.
Approximately 2-3 days/week. Flexible schedule. Guaranteed hours and salary.

I have a pickup with an 8’ box and can do dump runs, take yard waste to Lappans Lane, take metal to the Kimco bins, pickup new furniture/appliances from stores and deliver and move furniture between locations (no complete room or home moves)
