Job description:
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled licensed Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing our fleet vehicles to ensure their optimal performance and safety.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on vehicles, such as changing oil, checking tire pressure, and inspecting brakes
- Diagnose mechanical issues and propose appropriate solutions
- Repair or replace vehicle parts as needed
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential issues
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
Requirements
- Must have valid 310-S Service Technician license
Ozone Depletion Certificate
- 3-5 yr of related experience preferred or be a 3rd of 4th year apprentice
- All Data experience is an asset
- Vehicle air conditioning unit repair experience is an asset
- Familiar with Hybrid vehicles an asset
-Strong electrical diagnosis skills and in-depth mechanical repair
- Motivated and able to work with limited supervision
- Trustworthy, dependable and honest
- Computer literate and up-to-date with the latest technology
- Valid “G” ON driver’s license
