Hello! I've been playing and teaching classical guitar in London for over 25 years and am currently accepting new students at my home studio in Masonville - all ages and levels welcome! Visit my web site (KevinLoveGuitar.com) or contact me to arrange a free visit to answer all your questions...I'm looking forward to helping you on your musical journey!
In case you're wondering, ‘classical’ guitar refers to an acoustic guitar with nylon strings that we play with our fingers; the music is oriented to ‘classical’ music – a wide variety in this genre – and the musical interface is through written music (as opposed to tab, charts, improv, etc.)…

Welcome to Songbird Studios! Owned & operated by Orlena Bray in the heart of London's Wortley Village.
My goal is to de-stigmatize the more traditional approach to lessons in order to create a safe space that allows for wellness to be part of the music learning.
Lessons revolve around the goals and interests of the student, using music based on their personal taste. It’s a very collaborative process.
As lessons progress, students learn self-assessment skills that help them participate in music with confidence because of their musical knowledge and artistic autonomy. To get the full scoop about the studio and Orlena's many qualifications, check out https://www.songbirdstudioslondon.com/

I'm Carter, I'm a Professional level musician in Rock/Metal and Blues.
I believe through personal experience and from previous students that the most likely way for you (or your child) to actually stick with your new instrument is to have as much fun as possible upfront, and then once you're hooked on enjoying the challenge of the Instrument, that things like written theory and sight reading can be picked up later, when you're ready.
If you're my student, We will start with cool sounding but simple things that give extremely fast easy wins to you, and as you begin to learn them, I'll lay out the musical ideas that underlie them, without making you overwhelmed.
These easy upfront wins will 'sneakily' build the skills you want without feeling like a chore. And in only a couple weeks you'll realize looking back that you've come further than you expected.
In terms of my ability, I'll attach a YouTube link of me playing later this afternoon.
I attended Metalworks Institute of Music and Technology back in 2016 and have been musically active since.
I just moved to London so am building back my clientele of anyone who want to improve musically.
I accept anyone in the beginner to advanced ranges.
If you come to my apt, half hour is $40, full hour is $60.
If you'd like, I can come to you, anywhere within 30 mins of London for a delivery charge of $25. This goes to gas and loading and unloading my guitars and amps at your place and bringing them back to mine.*****Anyone under 15 at my apt must have a parent present DURING THE LESSON for liability reasons. At least for the first couple lessons so we get to know each other.
I'll make you coffee/tea for your troubles, and can provide seating and earplugs.... (LOL. Jk, you won't need them)

I'm a dedicated and passionate teacher in London, Ontario, with over 10 years of experience. I work with a variety of different voices at various stages of development and I teach students with a wide range of musical interests. I really love helping people to open up and gain control over their bodies, so that they can reach their goals and better express themselves.
I'm a working classical musician. I sing in operatic and concert performances across, Canada and I also have experience performing "legit" music theatre repertoire. I formally studied at Western University, but I've learned my craft from many teachers, singers and mentors from across North America and Europe - you could say I'm obsessed with learning about the voice. For fun, I like to participate in a variety of different sports; I'm a very active, high energy person. My classical training and my involvement in athletics deeply informs my teaching. My methods are grounded in the classical technique, but I welcone students with other musical interests. I also help students to find "their sound," by teaching them about the mechanics of their instrument and by helping them coordinate and balance their body.
I truly believe that everyone has a special voice and I find it incredibly inspiring to help other singers and watch them grow.
Online and limited In-person training available.
