This room goes for close to $80 plus taxes and fees per day on other sites. Bedroom and washroom are updated and upstairs and is exclusively for roommates use with a separate entrance.
The farmview room holds a queen sized bed and has a view of a farm and CR 9 from its 2 windows. Can sleep upto 2 people and comes completely furnished. Washroom seen in the pics is only shared amongst the 2 rooms listed with each room assigned a sink.
The Riverview room is larger and comes with a King Bed. Has view of Farm, CR 9 and partial Riverview.
The main floor and its amenities will be shared. There is a separate kitchenette built on the rental side for use of the roommates. All outdoor amenities like firepit- in ground and on the deck, swimming pool, parking, dock for fishing /canoeing etc will be shared. Laundry can be included if needed for use on weekends.
The living room has a grand sitting area with Cathedral ceilings and a 75" TV. The dining area will also be shared.
We are 3 people in the house and our bedrooms and living area is in the separate part of the house where we usually hang out. As we have 2 dogs and a cat there will be a no pet policy for the roommates unless it can be confined to your room.
Rate for the farmview room is $300 a week or $850 a month while for the Riverviewroom it is $360 weekly or $950 monthly for single occupancy. For monthly rates there will be additional $125 for utilities and $50 for parking. Will be additional $130 for the 2nd person and $75 more for utilities per month if you are sharing with anotherperson. Open to having single working professional, out of town workers or students. Previous 2 roommates were a teacher, and hospital staff.
Minimum 4 weeks/30 days commitment will be needed or msg if you are looking only for daily rates and a link will sent to book from external sites. The room will be assigned a parking spot. No last month rent needed as it is short term rental.
