We are looking to hire a team to live and work on-site and take care of the day to day operations for a residential apartment complex in Barrie.
Duties would consist of but not limited to:
- Cleaning
- Minor repairs
- Showing vacant apartments to prospective tenants
- Garden and lawn care
- Coordinating access for contractors
- Rent collection
You would be working alongside with an off-site property manager who will assist with many of the other details/ duties involved in the day to day management of the building to create a stress free working environment.
The successful couple/team would be provided with a two-bedroom apartment with phone, internet and cable.
This full time position would suit retired persons that are handy and personable.
Salary range: $42,000 to $46,000 per year.
