My sister, Valery, and my family are in need of a wheelchair van and some home renos to make their bathroom more accessible for a walker and wheelchair.
Valery has bravely been battling cancer on her spine for a little over a year now. Because of the placement of the tumor, her left leg is pretty much unusable and she gets around on good days with a walker and in a wheelchair on the rough days.
Val is a born and raised Woodstonian! She has been a part of communities at Cass and St. Mary's high schools, Woodstock homeschooling group, Huron Park Baptist Church, Oxford Baptist Church, and worked for about 5 years at Devonshire Tim Hortons, brighten peoples days with a smile and a coffee
My parents have started a GoFundMe fundraiser to raise funds for a wheelchair van and the bathroom renos.

PARTICIPANTS NEEDED FOR RESEARCH on leisure and life experiences for the baby boom generation. We are looking for people born between 1946-1965 to take part in a study of leisure, work, and life transitions. While many baby boomers have begun to retire, others are unable to retire or are choosing not to retire for a variety of reasons. If this sounds like you, we want to learn from you.
As a participant in this study, you will be asked to participate in an online blog with others in your generation by sharing your experiences and perceptions of leisure, work, and your decision not to retire. Your participation would involve 4 sessions per year for three years, each of which is approximately two weeks. You will be asked to log on to the blog about 5 times in each session. You can create new posts and/or comment on the posts of others. If you volunteer to participate, you will be contacted by a researcher to help you set up an account and get comfortable navigating the blog.
In appreciation for your time, you will receive a $50.00 gift card annually. For more information about this study, or to volunteer for this study, please contact: Rebecca Genoe Faculty of Kinesiology and Health Studies at 306-585-4781 or Email: rebecca.genoe@uregina.ca. Hello Everyone,
I would like to hang out with someone for NYE, it would be strictly platonic. My friends are not in the mood to celebrate new year with this pandemic.
We need to be more creative for those who want to celebrate NYE lol, so I would suggest to walk around Nathan Philippe square, also there is a light show at the CN tower.
I’m open to your ideas as well, I’m gentle guy with a great sense of humour, you won’t get bored with me lol.
Please reply if you’re interested. Thanks

Are you using cpap “wisp” mask? It comes with 3 sizes small/medium, large and XLarge. I’m looking for someone who uses small/med or Xlarge mask (XL as they are labelled on the mask) and might be interested in a swap for a Large (L) mask. These masks have not been used but package is open but has not been touched. It would be great if we could find others who are looking to swap also. Such a waste throwing these wrong sized pieces in the garbage. Thanks for looking.
