Duties:
-to provide assistance in administrative and personal support to an individual on a one-on-one basis
-read, document and sort incoming mail
-file documents and letters and maintain current filing system
-assist with the formatting of letters to be sent out
- gathering information on the internet and/or other means of searching g data including using smart phone to obtain general information
Support work:
-driving to various appointments
-running errands and shopping with attention to dietary requirements
-keep an on-going list of administrative and personal tasks to be brought forward on a future date
-assist with organizing office and personal items
Requirements:
-ability to speak and read English is essential
-good communication skills, ability to use the computer for documentation and finding info, locations, products to purchase, and ability to use a smart phone
-good organizational skills and must be detail oriented
-must be reliable and committed to providing support related to the duties listed and good communication skills to collaborate with the employer in the work related projects
-valid driver’s license and current police record check
-have flexibility to work extra hours on occasion
