I am looking for a Handyman type of person to do ongoing repairs and maintenance on a couple of commercial strip malls in Prince Albert. This would be part time work and could include things like the following:
- Hanging a door
- Painting
- Plumbing repair
- Parging some water damage to a few Masonry Blocks
- Lawn maintenance (or supervising the person who is hired to mow the lawns)
- Repairing a fence
- Trimming back some shrubs
- Etc.
This would be an ongoing job and the number of hours would depend on the person who is doing the job. I would expect that it would average 10 to 20 hours a month but it would vary. (For example, I would like get the front of one of the buildings painted this year. If you wanted to do it then there would be maybe 50 hours with that paint job alone. However, if you didn’t want to do it, then I could get bids from a professional painter to do it and it would be no hours.)
This would be an ideal job for a retired Handyman would was looking a few hours as they would determine from time to time.

I am looking for a nanny to care for two children. Myself and another coworkers child. This job is located at a fishing lodge near Close Lake so it requires a live in position. This job is seasonal and will take place from June to the beginning of September. Here are some details:
- Pay starts at $100 a day (you will still receive the full amount each day even if you havent worked the full day)
- The kids ages are 8 months (My boy) and 2 years (My co workers girl)
- You will be required the watch the children only while we serve and handle guests so the hours per day are split throughout the day. We serve guests for breakfast in the morning and then we serve guests again for supper in the evening.
- Room and board are provided. You will receive your own room. Laundry and shower facilities on site. Bedding and towels are provided but you are required to bring your own toiletries.
-Most days you will be served breakfast and supper by the chef but on lunches and off days you're required to make your own meals and snacks with the groceries provided in the kitchen.
- You will be able to go home when tours arent running. We have a grocery runner that comes every weekend so you can catch a ride with them. However home visits arent on a set schedule. Rough estimate, you'll be able to go home around one week a month.
- There is no wifi but there is service so having a data plan is recommended.
- All workers travel up north together in company vehicles so you will be required to give us a pick up location or drive to our house and leave your vehicle here.
- On free times while tours arent around we have fishing, kayaking, canoing, and we like to have a staff fire/movie nights.
