Looking to place rescue cats near Yorkton SK
- 2 female grey kittens (Minkx and Lynx)
- 1 male orange longhair (Simba)
- 1 male bombay shorthairs (Knight)
- 1 female? grey shorthair (Frostbite)
Lynx and Minkx - roughly 4 months old, females, spayed, grey tabby. Found with their 2 littermates on a grid road. Litter trained, has had inital vetting and spayed. Good with other cats, a little skidish with dogs, very social, purrs constantly.
Simba - 2 years old, male, neutered, rescued as a little kitten off of the hwy after a car drove over him and didn't stop. Currently living in a heated shop but looking to place him indoors. He has had a lifelong not contagious respiratory condition that has been assessed 3 times by a vet, also a FIP survivor and is cleared per bloodwork and dewormed regularly. I'm hoping moving him into a home will be better for him, we currently have a air purifier in the shop and use walnut litter which has made a huge difference. He has NO survival skills and is not a hunter, very mellow pet.
Knight - (with dog on couch) - 3 year old neutered male, bombay black. Was trapped on our neighbors land after surviving a feral winter. Has had inital vetting, neutered, and treatment for urinary track blockage. He is skidish but super low matinence indoor house cat. Loves dogs. We haven't been able to tame him fully but he's not aggressive and no behavioral issues at all.
Frostbite - (last two pictures) approximately 3 years old, gender tbd but appears to not be intact. Found frozen on grid road this winter, had had inital vetting and treatment for frostbite. Will be sex at next appointment, tissues were too swollen during inital vetting. Very affectionate and docile, a little stand offish with other cats and dogs but does warm up. No bad house habits, would be an excellent cat for elderly.
All cats are rescues, adults have been socialized with other cats and dogs. We are placing due to downsizing, currently at 18 rescue cats.

I have Tick getting a bit of a refresher down in Rockglen, SK area.
I've owned him since February 2016, but he has been on the backburner essentially since 2022 when I had my first child.
Hes my favorite horse I've ever ridden, he's a bit spicy to start, so not for first timers. Confident beginner, maybe.
Good around children, from my experience with him around my little girl.
He's mostly been ridden western, but the goal was to be primarily ridden english for jumping, however I got pregnant and lost my confidence. He has quite the jump on him, even over tiny jumps.
He is nervous on trails, he needs consistency and to be around other horses.
He was always at the gate for me too.
He is an easy keeper!!
LOVES attention!
Stands tied, good for farrier.
Id like to receive updates as well. I still keep in contact with his breeder and we both want to make sure he goes to a good home.

Cupcake is a 2023 registered Shetland mare standing 10.2 hands. She’s put together beautifully and moves really nice. She’s flashy, sweet, willing and tries her best to please.
She is one of the nicest young ponies we’ve offered available.
Cupcake is well started under saddle (was started early last fall and has been rode consistently through the winter).
She rides w/t/l, direct reins, good stop and back up. She’s a bit more forward moving, but is not overly quick.
She has had arena and outside miles. She’s been hauled a couple times for exposure and rides down the trails/in the fields good too.
She is very easy to catch (walks up to you and bags to be caught), ties, loads/unloads, is easy to tack up, good with her feet, lunges and stands well for the kids to brush.
She ground drives, pulls a sled well, and should be easy to get driving with a cart.
She has been desensitized to tarps, ropes, flags, hola hoops, hoping over small jumps and such.
She is a very sweet, willing, kind mare with a bit of spunk and sass. She does have one minor quirk, if left tied in the barn where she can’t see anyone she will have a bit of a pity party (whinny and pace/paw) she is otherwise great to tie anywhere, just gets worried if she can’t see anybody.
She’s a good minded little mare, never offered to buck, bolt or kick. She’s safe for my two younger sisters (ages 7&3) to catch, groom, lead and tack up on their own. She’s had complete beginners ride her a few times in the arena with no issues (because of her age she’s not a complete beginner pony though, she will need guidance to keep her going the right way in her training).
She rides the same in a group as she does alone (she’ll ride off the yard by herself just fine) and she is the same pony with time off. She is ready for her next kids to put lots of miles and fun on her.
She lives outside 24/7 in a pony herd with no issues. She is up to date on farrier, deworming and vaccinations.
I would like to see her go to the right fitting home.
