Beautiful lake front cottage in a quiet bay in West Nipissing with stella view. Plenty of parking. Neighbors are 150 feet away. Boat launch is 8 minute drive away. Back on private woods with lots of wild life. Fully equipped kitchen with a deep well to supply water. Water depth is around 5-8 feet in the bay and around 12 feet in main lake with lots of large mouth bass if you are into fishing. Bring your own sleep bags, linens etc. Perfect bay for kayaking, boating and fishing.
