One bedroom fully furnished Park Model Trailer with twin beds or can be made into a King bed. Bathroom with shower. Sofa bed in living room also sleeps 2. It is situated in a friendly 55 and over gated park on Avenue B (near Walmart neighbourhood stores) with green grass which has a clean fresh feel to it. Kitchen is full of cooking equipment. Also has BBQ, Air conditioning and heating. Utilities (power not included). Water and cable included in price. Free WIFI in the unit and in the clubhouse.The park has a hot tub, warm swimming pool, a pickleball court and pool tables. There is a bus stop near the front gates.
The clubhouse has functions like card playing (Whist, Kaiser, Bridge, Crib, Canasta etc) yoga, line dancing, swim exercise, billiards, card making, sewing. Sign up for golf, hiking and meals. If you like volunteering there are many areas that you can sign up.

This is a luxury vacation condo in the heart of West Maui’s famous Kaanapali Beach at the Hyatt Vacation Club ("HVC"). It is truly one of the most beautiful and comfortable properties in Maui with a guaranteed ocean view. The suite has every amenity, and if they don't have some item you want or need, you can ask HVC for it. My wife and I cannot travel at that time this year, which is why the suite is available.This advertisement is for a 1-Bedroom, 1-Bathroom (sleeps up to 4) in Week 11, Saturday, March 16-23, 2024. The floor level will be between Floors 1 and 4, which is determined by the HVC about 2 weeks before the stay.

I just checked the current prices on AirBnB and other sites and if you can find a 1-Bedroom during Spring Break they are going for approximately US$700 per night. We are renting for less because we would like to resolve this booking as soon as possible.
