History/Overview: Imported from the USA in 2009. Last purchased shortly after in Victoria, BC. Car is tight with no rattles and the engine runs very smooth and quiet. Hard to find a single mark in the paint. Black and beautiful. Receipts for $26,796.00 for mechanical and electrical repairs from 2009 to 2011 with very few miles since the work was completed. No evidence of body filler anywhere. Odometer reads 20,381 miles (could even be original miles).
Body: Solid and straight with no evidence of rust in the sheet metal. The paint is VERY good. Hood opens both ways. No evidence of filler anywhere. Glass is nice throughout.
Frame/Chassis/Suspension: All original components in good working condition.
Engine: Likely original Packard straight 8 cylinder with 165 HP.
Transmission: 3 speed manual with column shifter and overdrive with Electromatic clutch.
Differential: Likely original with unknown gears.
Exhaust: Single aluminized steel.
Brakes: Factory 4-wheel drum with recent rebuild work completed.,
Wheels: 15-inch steel with Packard hub caps.
Tires: Good Year Custom Super Cushion 235 75R 15 wide white walls.

Finished in Dresden Blue and Colonial White single stage enamel. 292 V8 with original 4 barrel Holley carburetor. Automatic, power steering, power brakes, Town and country radio converted to AM/FM with auxiliary plug. Clock, electric seat and windows, day/night rearview mirror. Interior material by Le Baron Bonney and door panels by SMS. Padded dash and visors aftermarket tissue dispenser. Factory air conditioning but has a leak. Windshield washer system. Dual exhaust with Delta wing exhaust tips. Restored full stainless with anodized insert and rocker panels and rear paint dividers. Reverse lights, dual fender mounted spot lights. Coker wide whites with full Meteor wheel covers. Not a trailer queen, has been driven, has paint chips and minor oil leaks. The car has been modified as an ex-drag racing car, featuring a meticulously rebuilt engine with less than 3,000 kilometers of street use. Car is not from Vancouver. Powered by a robust 1970 Magnum 440 c.i.(7.2L) big block engine, it boasts an impressive +475 horsepower.
It features a 950 CFM Holley carburetor, complemented by an Edelbrock intake manifold and cylinder heads, along with an aftermarket camshaft and long-tube headers.
It is equipped with an aluminum double radiator, and a dual exhaust system.
Additionally, the front disc brakes remain in good condition. Fitted with Mickey Thompson tires and a 3-speed semi-automatic transmission that includes a line lock gearbox! This Barracuda can seat up to 6 passengers thanks to its bench seat design, which replaces the original front center console.
Latest upgrades : tuned up, new oil and all fluids, new starter, alternator, high-performance battery, belt, spark plug wires with new plugs, and front brake pads.
