There are two bedrooms and a sleeping loft. Sleeping loft is not suitable for young children. Each bedroom has a queen bed, the sleeping loft has two queen beds. There is a fire pit in back yard, also a bbq, dining table and living room on back deck.

On occasion in the past we’ve been able to book and reserve additional weeks, though availability isn’t guaranteed.
Located on a 3 mile stretch of pristine golden beach, the Sea Garden Ocean Breeze resort is steps from the ocean, features pools, restaurant and bar services, and daily activities. There is chaise seating at both the pool and on the beach, with towel and bar service. There is a well marked and lifeguarded ocean swimming area. A short walk down the beach is the associated and larger Vidanta resort, where there are more amenities and services. Sea Garden resort is within walking distance from restaurants, convenience store shopping, and the marina and pier. A longer walk or short taxi ride takes you to more shopping, amenities and restaurants in Nuevo Vallarta. Puerto Vallarta and other popular destinations are conveniently accessible by taxi.
Within the quiet and secure Sea Garden, accommodation type is a one bedroom master suite, includes a king bed, bathroom with tub, shower and sink, kitchenette with small fridge and stove, coffee maker, toaster and blender, glasses and mugs, utensils, dinnerware and cookware. There are two TVs (including many US and Canadian channels), ceiling fans, air conditioning and a safe. A beautiful resort, split into 4 separate areas, you can use all the amenities in all sections of the resort. Inquire and I might be able to get you one for the River Island Village, East Village, West Village & North Village depending on availability. We have other units listed for Friday check in 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom units and in other sections of the resort for other dates. There is a fee for golf and tube rental on the lazy river and some other activities for children
We have owned here since 1986. It is our favorite resort, it touches on Disney property. There is a shuttle around the resort and to the grocery store, but a car is recommended.
There are 2 - 18 hole golf courses and 2 - 9 hole courses. 1 is lit at night.
There are 9 restaurants and a grocery store on the property and there is Mall across the street from the resort for anything else that you might need. We do not leave the resort very often as there is so much to do at the resort and they offer most everything that you might need.
The air-conditioned villas at the Orange Lake Resort - are spacious and comfortable, the perfect retreat after a long day of activity. These colorful and airy villas feature amenities such as full or partial kitchens, a dining room and living room area, and a satellite TV with DVD player. Every villa is also furnished with a patio or balcony, many of which overlook the golf course. Welcome pack info below Check in The front gate is guarded. They will direct you to the check in location. At check in they will need proof of identification. You will need to show something like a drivers license or passport. They will also want a credit card because purchases can be charged to your room. If you do not make any purchases there will be no extra charge at Check out. FIREWORKS from Disney can be viewed form some units. We always stop and ask to see our bill to ensure there are no unauthorized purchases. We have never had a problem, but just to be safe.
Directions The resort is on highway 192 also called Irlo Bronson memorial Highway. You can see part of 1 of the 4 golf courses from the 192. If you are coming from the airport or I4 from Daytona Beach direction, pass under the 429 Toll road and you will see the golf course and the main entrance. If coming from the Tampa direction, we recommend exiting on 27 north at Haines City and then turn right on the 192. Once on 192 Orange Lake is 3,5 miles on the left. Parking They will issue you parking passes for all vehicles at the front desk.

La plage est très sablonneuse, à 5 minutes en voiture avec stationnement gratuit. Beaucoup de places même les fin de semaine.

Nice and clean studio apartment (queen bed) in a quiet residential area in the heart of Dania Beach. Minutes away from Fort Lauderdale Airport, New Dania Pointe Shopping Center, beaches, shops and dining. There is plenty of parking on the property and there is a coin laundry on the premises. The unit includes cable flat screen tv and Internet/WIFI. The kitchen includes a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware and dishware.
