Address customers' complaints or concerns,

Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres,
Establish work schedules

The Associate Innkeeper is a year-round position with management responsibility to help oversee the day-to-day operations of the Inn. Responsibilities will be assigned in guest services, reservations, event management, marketing and administration.

Strong communication, organization, and people skills are essential. Dominion Hill is a growing business, and needs managers who are builders -- with ideas and creativity.
The position offers busy weeks for 8 months and a reduced schedule during the winter. The spring/summer/fall work-week could be structured as 4 or 5 days. 2 nights each week would be spent in lodging provided by Dominion Hill (to be on call for guests needing assistance – very rare).
Compensation would be salary and bonus. Room and board could be part of this package.

This position of Breakfast Chef is an integral part of our kitchen team. You will work closely with all members of our kitchen team under the direction of our long term Head Chef, Greg Fuchs.
Schedule is 5 days on, 2 days off – average of 10 hours per day.
Details are as follows:
• Breakfast preparation & execution
• Preparation of breakfast breads, sweets & baked goodies for lunches
• Preparation of lunch soup, baking of lunch cookies and squares
• Preparation of staff lunch
• Assist in preparation of desserts for dinner, appetizers and other prep duties for the
dinner chef, time permitting
• Organizing and maintaining tidiness of food preparation and storage areas
• Interacting with our guests and ensuring they are treated in a helpful and courteous manner
