- Lawn maintenance (or supervising the person who is hired to mow the lawns)
- Repairing a fence
- Trimming back some shrubs
- Etc.
This would be an ongoing job and the number of hours would depend on the person who is doing the job. I would expect that it would average 10 to 20 hours a month but it would vary. (For example, I would like get the front of one of the buildings painted this year. If you wanted to do it then there would be maybe 50 hours with that paint job alone. However, if you didn’t want to do it, then I could get bids from a professional painter to do it and it would be no hours.)
This would be an ideal job for a retired Handyman would was looking a few hours as they would determine from time to time.
Pay is $20.00 per hour. If you are interested, please email me with some brief info about your experience and I will get back to you next week on Monday or Tuesday.
