Your main responsibility would be for feeding the cattle. You would assist with processing, treating, moving and shipping cattle, pen maintenance, farmyard maintenance and equipment repairs and maintenance.
The job can be physically demanding, and you must be able to handle heavy lifting.
A valid driver’s license and abstract are required. Skid steer, bulldozer and excavator experience are an asset. Carpentry skills would also be an asset.
Benefits after 3-months full time continuous employment. Bonus program after 1-year full time continuous employment. Competitive wages.
Weekend work is required. We have a weekend rotation; the cattle need to be fed and checked and then the workday is done.
