Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of work in a position with the similar or the same duties.
3. Experience with analysis software such as R, Python, SPSS, SAS.
4. Experience creating reports and dashboards using data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) strongly preferred
5. Must have strong SQL skills and general database knowledge
6. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences
7. Must have strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities effectively in a dynamic environment
8. Aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies related to data science and analytics
9. Strong customer service orientation
10. Proven leadership abilities.

5. Provide support to the change management team by:

- Be a security advocate and subject matter expert within the organization and be able to communicate security risk and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Lead initiatives with Engineering teams to optimize threat models and mitigate risks.

A minimum of five (5+) years of experience in an Enterprise Solution or Data Architect
role in a large and complex organizational and technological environment.

Très belle opportunité de travailler sur un projet d’envergure et une plateforme de développement des plus modernes, en vogue, et d’avenir et au sein du gouvernement. Le logiciel libre t’intéresse et tu as le goût de participer à l’un des plus grands chantiers en logiciel libre au sein du gouvernement, nous sommes à la recherche de personnes dynamiques et qui ont le goût d’apprendre et de mettre à profit leurs expertises pour développer le monde de demain.
En effet, la direction principale des plateformes de développement et de déploiement via le service des interfaces et de l’intégration des processus (SIIP) est en train de mettre une nouvelle fondation de développement basée sur le progiciel Red Hat PAM sur laquelle la majorité des projets informatique reposeront. Ce projet d’envergure est composé de plusieurs phases et va s’échelonner sur plusieurs années.
Plusieurs technologies modernes seront nécessaires pour ce projet :
- Développement front-end avec Angular, HTML5 et d’autres outils
- Développement Back-end : C#, Java, JBOSS, IIS, REST API, JMeter, Posteman, etc.
- DevOps : Automatisation des déploiements, intégration des tests automatisée, pipeline de livraisons, etc.
- Au niveau architecture, nous préconisons les dernières bonnes pratiques, telles que l’architecture orientée service, les microservices ou les bonnes pratiques de l’infonuagique.
Les équipes bénéficient d’une belle ambiance de travail, dynamique et fondé sur les bonnes pratiques agiles et le modèle Safe.
La ressource pourrait également être appelée à effectuer d’autres tâches, du même profil, au sein de la direction ou du service pour d’autres projets intéressants qui débutent ou sont débutés tel que la mise en place d’un nouveau modèle de sécurité pour le projet de la gestion intégré des profils d’accès et dans le cadre de la refonte du système
« Paramètres » (M1). La ressource pourrait ainsi être amenée à réaliser et à apporter son expertise pour des projets pilotes en infonuagique, sur des tâches de réalisation .Net et javascript et à supporter l’équipe en place dans le cadre de ces travaux.
DESCRIPTION DES TRAVAUX
Descriptions des responsabilités :
• Rechercher et participer à l’implantation des solutions aux problèmes de performance;
• Soutenir ou orienter les analystes de réalisation à l’égard de la codification et de la construction des composantes logicielles ou l’utilisation des outils de développement utilisés par les projets;
• Élaborer l’architecture logicielle du projet qui repose sur une architecture dite n-tiers et qui traite, entre autres, de l’accès à de multi sources de données, de la gestion des erreurs, des patrons de collaboration, de la journalisation et des patrons de conception;
• Participer à l’évolution des règles logicielles et des normes de programmation notamment la norme IUG, les scénarios transactionnels et la norme de modélisation de données;
• Participer à l’évolution du cadre de développement notamment en identifiant les contrôles graphiques de base, les composantes communes, les environnements d’essais ainsi que les outils relatifs à l’intégration continue et au développement piloté par les tests;
• Réaliser des tests permettant de valider des nouveautés (preuve de concept);
• Réviser, au besoin, l’architecture logicielle des projets;
• Rechercher et participer à l’implantation des solutions;
• S’assurer de la qualité du code produit et du suivi et du respect des bonnes pratiques de la programmation orientée services;
• S’assurer que les orientations d’architecture logicielle sont cohérentes et appliquées correctement par les équipes de réalisation;
• Assurer le soutien à la réalisation des essais à la mise en production (répondant) et assurer les différents contacts avec les collaborateurs lors de la mise en production;
• Concevoir la distribution logique et physique des composants logiciels.
