Modernisation d’un système back-office d’assurances collectives incluant la migration de données de systèmes légataires vers la nouvelle solution.
Le projet est exécuté avec un partenaire externe d’intégration de solution qui sera responsable de la qualité et des essais jusqu’aux essais de bout-en-bout, laissant les UAT sous l’entière responsabilité des équipes.
Le QA Lead devra s’impliquer dans les essais effectués par les partenaires internes et externes afin de mieux définir sa stratégie d’essais UAT et assurer une couverture entière et uniforme.
Pour l’axe qualité du projet, la personne recherchée sera donc responsable de la définition de la stratégie d’essais et de qualité, de l’implantation de celle-ci, de son exécution et du suivi aux différentes instances de direction du projet.
Ce sera le pilier Qualité d’un important projet de transformation pour le secteur.

Responsabilités
- Comprendre, analyser, documenter et soutenir les partenaires dans la clarification de leurs besoins en matière de Qualité;

Qualifications

- Baccalauréat en informatique, en administration ou toute autre formation pertinente de même niveau, et un minimum de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle de QA Lead
- Expérience en accompagnement pour établir des stratégies d’essais
- Connaissance de plusieurs méthodologies de tests et habiletés démontrés pour concevoir des tests efficaces à différents niveaux
- Expérience en leadership. Vous devez être capable de motiver les équipes et de supporter les équipes dans la mise en place des bonnes pratiques de tests

NATURE DU BESOIN
Le Service des outils de développement (SOD) requiert les services d’un conseiller en architecture logicielle pour participer à la rédaction des orientations et des principes réalisateurs ainsi que de rédiger les règles de réalisation et de programmation. Il devra aussi être responsable du découpage des composants logiciels en tenant compte des contraintes et des règles dans lesquelles il évolue ainsi que de l’assurance-qualité des logiciels sous sa gouverne. De plus, il devra supporter l’équipe de développeurs et maintenir le découpage ainsi que les règles organiques et fonctionnelles de l’application, en plus d’émettre des recommandations quant à la sélection des outils appropriés et des produits facilitant l'implantation de l'architecture.
La ressource du prestataire de services sera intégrée aux équipes actuellement en place pour la réalisation des projets prévus au plan d'investissement, et ce, selon les méthodes agiles mises en place .
La ressource pourrait également être appelée à effectuer d’autres tâches, du même profil, au sein de la direction.
Le mode d’organisation du travail hybride (télétravail et sur place) sera défini selon les normes en vigueur au moment de l'entrée en fonction de la ressource. Sous réserve de l’approbation des instances décisionnelles, les modalités peuvent être adaptées en fonction de la distance entre le domicile et le port d’attache ou d’autres motifs.
DESCRIPTION DES TRAVAUX
Descriptions des responsabilités :
• Rechercher et participer à l’implantation des solutions aux problèmes de performance;
• Soutenir ou orienter les analystes de réalisation à l’égard de la codification et de la construction des composantes logicielles ou l’utilisation des outils de développement utilisés par les projets;
• Élaborer l’architecture logicielle du projet qui repose sur une architecture dite n-tiers et qui traite, entre autres, de l’accès à de multi sources de données, de la gestion des erreurs, des patrons de collaboration, de la journalisation et des patrons de conception;
• Participer à l’évolution des règles logicielles et des normes de programmation notamment la norme IUG, les scénarios transactionnels et la norme de modélisation de données;
• Participer à l’évolution du cadre de développement notamment en identifiant les contrôles graphiques de base, les composantes communes, les environnements d’essais ainsi que les outils relatifs à l’intégration continue et au développement piloté par les tests;
• Réaliser des tests permettant de valider des nouveautés (preuve de concept);
• Réviser, au besoin, l’architecture logicielle des projets;
• Rechercher et participer à l’implantation des solutions;
• S’assurer de la qualité du code produit et du suivi et du respect des bonnes pratiques de la programmation orientée services;
• S’assurer que les orientations d’architecture logicielle sont cohérentes et appliquées correctement par les équipes de réalisation;
• Assurer le soutien à la réalisation des essais à la mise en production (répondant) et assurer les différents contacts avec les collaborateurs lors de la mise en production;
• Concevoir la distribution logique et physique des composants logiciels.

Responsabilités
Notre client est à la recherche d'un Technicien support applicatif pour participer aux activités de support en exécutant les actions correctives nécessaires pour rétablir le service en cas d'incident, en traitant les demandes de service et en aidant à établir les causes racines des problèmes
Les principales tâches sont:

Réaliser des analyses centrées sur le besoin d’affaires qui viendront guider les solutions à mettre en place, en le documentant de manière détaillée et en le validant de manière constante auprès des responsables-métier.

La direction, Livraison de services TI - Plateformes omnicanales est à la recherche d’un(e) chargé(e) de projet (chargé(e) de programme) afin de piloter le programme de mise en place de notre nouvelle solution de CRM (Customer Relation Management = Salesforce). The service for the evolution and development of technological infrastructures (SEDIT) must add to its technological architecture and orientations sector (SATO) a resource in technological architecture – infrastructure component in order to support it in taking charge of multiple integration works of technological infrastructure services.

Modernisation d’un système back-office d’assurances collectives incluant la migration de données de systèmes légataires vers la nouvelle solution.
Le projet est exécuté avec un partenaire externe d’intégration de solution qui sera responsable de la qualité et des essais jusqu’aux essais de bout-en-bout, laissant les UAT sous l’entière responsabilité des équipes.
Le QA Lead devra s’impliquer dans les essais effectués par les partenaires internes et externes afin de mieux définir sa stratégie d’essais UAT et assurer une couverture entière et uniforme.
Pour l’axe qualité du projet, la personne recherchée sera donc responsable de la définition de la stratégie d’essais et de qualité, de l’implantation de celle-ci, de son exécution et du suivi aux différentes instances de direction du projet.

NATURE DU BESOIN
La Direction des environnements et du parcours de livraison désire poursuivre la mise en place d’un parcours de livraison DevOps automatisé et d’un environnement de container pour supporter les tribus affaires. L'élaboration d’analyses, de développement d’automatisme, de mise en place d’outils et de veille technologique est nécessaire pour l’intégration de ce parcours à l’environnement existant. La ressource du prestataire de services sera intégrée aux équipes actuellement en place pour la réalisation de travaux d'évolution de logiciels et contribuera à l'avancement de travaux spécifiques en continuité en fournissant l'expertise requise.
DESCRIPTION DES TRAVAUX
• Rechercher et participer à l’implantation des solutions aux problèmes de performance;
• Soutenir ou orienter les analystes de réalisation à l’égard de la codification et de la construction des composantes logicielles ou l’utilisation des outils de développement utilisés par les projets;
• Élaborer l’architecture logicielle du projet qui repose sur une architecture dite n-tiers et qui traite, entre autres, de l’accès à de multi sources de données, de la gestion des erreurs, des patrons de collaboration, de la journalisation et des patrons de conception;
• Participer à l’évolution des règles logicielles et des normes de programmation notamment la norme IUG, les scénarios transactionnels et la norme de modélisation de données;
• Participer à l’évolution du cadre de développement notamment en identifiant les contrôles graphiques de base, les composantes communes, les environnements d’essais ainsi que les outils relatifs à l’intégration continue et au développement piloté par les tests;
• Réaliser des tests permettant de valider des nouveautés (preuve de concept);
• Réviser, au besoin, l’architecture logicielle des projets;
• Rechercher et participer à l’implantation des solutions;
• S’assurer de la qualité du code produit, du suivi et du respect des bonnes pratiques de la programmation orientée services;
• S’assurer que les orientations d’architecture logicielle sont cohérentes et appliquées correctement par les équipes de réalisation;
• Assurer le soutien à la réalisation des essais à la mise en production (répondant) et assurer les différents contacts avec les collaborateurs lors de la mise en production;

· Configure and deploy ACI fabric logical configuration (Tenants, VRFs bridge domains, VLANs, EPGs etc) on the Nexus switches with the APIC controller using automation tools like Postman or Terraform.
· Solution migration support. Support clients network operations and server workload teams with the migration from their legacy data center network infrastructure to the new ACI multi-site fabric. Support clients operations teams with NSX-T VMware server workload and bare metal server migrations onto the ACI fabric.
